 Good gardening is about harmony with nature (although maybe not slugs), the botanic guru is an online project of the Botanic Nursery where you can find information on the large range of plants we grow, general gardening advice and purchase our plants and seeds online. Go to our About Us page to find out more. We aim to continually develop this site to offer useful gardening advice and seasonal tips on a range of gardening topics as well as bring you all the latest news and information from the Botanic Nursery. At the nursery
With several shows in July the nursery will be closed on sundays throughout the month. See our events page for more details. Our plants are also now available from Neston Park Farm Shop, so grab a nice lunch in their newly extended cafe and then grab some hellebores!
Online
Botanic Nursery featured on the BBC! Terry was interviewed by Jo Swift as part of the Chelsea coverage by the BBC on wednesday and Mary was filmed setting the stand up on Sunday. Particular foxgloves were also featured, 'Pams Choice,' John Innes Tetra and 'Primrose Carousel' see our foxglove list to find them. Seeds are still available all year round!
Our foxglove list is available online and now you can purchase seed directly via the internet. Payments are handled by paypal but you don't need a paypal account if you just want to use your credit or debit card, simply follow the 'don't have a paypal account' links.

It can be a bit tricky to find us, remember you have to drive through the grounds of Stonar School. We strongly recommend you find the Botanic Nursery on google maps, just enter 'the botanic nursery' for easy to follow directions from your door to our gate!

If your planning a nursery visit we are open Tuesday-Saturday from March 20th 9.30-5 (10-4 Saturdays). On sundays and in winter please call ahead to arrange a visit: T:07850 328756

Latest Visitor Information

During July the guru will be away 6th-11th and 17th-20th. You are welcome to visit during these dates but we advise you to phone ahead if possible. The nursery will be closed on Sundays throughout July.
